With the 2025-26 state fiscal year approaching, please enter your ShopBlue standing orders for copier maintenance agreements as early as July 1, 2025, to ensure continued services of your copiers.
Getting the purchase order (PO) to our vendors as soon as possible helps avoid any issues that may arise from not being under a maintenance agreement for the year, such as refusal of service.
A quick and efficient way to replace a 2024-25 Purchase Order is by using the "Copy to New Cart" functionality."
