Join us for our 8th annual l Igniting Hope Conference! Faculty, students, community members and trainees are all welcome to attend.
This year our conference will be focused on strategic planning to develop a health equity plan. The following social determinants of health will be discussed as breakout session:
- Access to primary care
- Workforce Development: Underemployment/enemployment
- Housing
- Access to Health Foods
- Education/Literacy
