In addition to her role in our Institute, Rita is founding CEO of Neuwater and Associates LLC, treasurer of the Buffalo Center for Health Equity and coordinator of First Fruits Food Pantry. She is a visionary community leader and serves several other leadership roles related to food equity in Buffalo.
